Markit Trade Manager offers buy-side firms a suite of electronic tools aimed at increasing efficiencies and reducing operational risk in the derivatives market.

Client’s data is automatically routed to appropriate confirmation platform and confirmation status is tracked in single view. STP connectivity is available for credit, rates, and equity products.
• Workflow tools for ‘paper’ confirmations - Review, approve and distribute traditional 'paper' confirmations electronically with your counterparties. Automated, multi-tier approval process and electronic signature blocks accommodate your current review processes.
• Electronic Novation Consent – Connect to the Deriv/SERV Novation Consent service to submit and track electronic consent updates in real-time.
• Trade day tie-out and trade recap management – Capture counterparty acceptance, term sheets, unwind notices or other recaps on trade day as first step in risk management. With Markit Trade Manager, clients can programmatically match key economics with their counterparties or leverage web-based tools for manual tie-outs and dispute resolution directly via the platform.
• Detailed reports and risk tracking - Pinpoint key areas of operational risk with aging reports, productivity metrics and counterparty statistics.
